Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an innovative model of farming and food distribution that fosters a direct, mutually beneficial relationship between farmers and consumers. By participating in a CSA, individuals or households become members or subscribers of a farm by purchasing a share or a subscription for a season.

Here’s how it works:

1. Subscription Model: Members commit to a season of produce by paying an upfront fee of $250 per season. This financial commitment provides essential support to the farmer, allowing them to cover production costs, invest in sustainable practices, and maintain their operations.

2. Seasonal Commitment: There are four seasons in a year, and each season brings its own variety of fresh, locally grown produce. By subscribing to Perro Fresh Greens CSA, members receive a regular supply of fresh microgreens throughout the growing seasons.

3. Direct Relationship: Perro's Fresh Greens creates a direct and personal connection between the farmer and the consumer. This relationship goes beyond a simple transaction; it builds a sense of community and trust. Members know where their food comes from and can even visit the farm to see how Microgreens are grown.

4. Benefits for Consumers: Members enjoy the freshest, nutrient-dense microgreens products delivered directly to their doorstep. The microgreens are harvested at peak ripeness, ensuring maximum flavor and nutritional value. Additionally, members often notice that this variety of microgreens will not be found in a typical grocery store.

What We Offer
We are excited to provide you with two different baskets to choose from, ensuring you always have a variety of fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens to enjoy:

1. Single Basket: This option includes a week's worth of microgreens (4 clamshells). The type of microgreens will change weekly, offering you a diverse range of flavors and health benefits.

2. Micro Variety Basket: This basket includes a week's worth of microgreens (4 clamshells) with the following specific varieties:
- 60g of Broccoli
- 100g of Sunflower Shoots
- 100g of Pea Shoots
- 75g of Crunchy Mix

Throughout the growing seasons, CSA members receive a regular weekly supply of fresh, locally grown microgreens directly from our farm. Our CSA program creates a direct and mutually beneficial relationship between farmers and consumers. Delivery: All deliveries are made on Saturdays, ensuring you receive the freshest microgreens every week.
