To ensure the freshness and quality of our microgreens, we utilize specially designed packaging that protects them during transit. Our packaging is environmentally friendly and designed to maintain optimal freshness until they reach your doorstep. We take great care in packaging each order to guarantee that you receive the microgreens in perfect condition.

Delivery Costs:

We offer free delivery on all orders over $20 within our delivery area. For orders below $20, a nominal delivery fee will be applied at checkout. The exact delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and displayed before you finalize your purchase. We strive to keep our delivery costs as affordable as possible while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our delivery service.

Delivery Timeframe:

We deliver our microgreens on Saturdays. To ensure you receive your order on the upcoming Saturday, we recommend placing your order by Wednesday the week before. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the following Saturday. We are committed to delivering your microgreens promptly and on the designated delivery day.

Order Tracking:

For your convenience, we provide Delivery notifications for all deliveries. Once your order is confirmed and scheduled for delivery, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. You can use this notification to monitor the progress of your delivery and stay informed about its estimated arrival time.

Change or Cancellation of Orders:

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that order changes or cancellations may be subject to certain limitations based on the stage of processing and shipping.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer delivery within our designated delivery area. We do not provide international shipping. However, we are continuously evaluating options to expand our reach and offer our microgreens to customers beyond our current delivery area.
